Sex Magic: Animating Eros

Sex is the Creation Power of the Universe.
We use the name of the Greek God of Love and Desire, Eros, to describe this quality.
To activate this energy, you need to accept two things:
1. Sex is bigger than what you have been taught. Sex is not confined to genitals, procreation, or what happens in bed.
2. Release any shame or blocks you feel around physical sexuality to allow yourself full access to the creation power of sexuality, or eros. Sex Magic is medicine of Self acceptance and joy.
Here is how this energy works:
Eros is pure power. It is the creative nature of the Universe in motion, without direction, values, morals, or opinion. It just is. Eros creates by animating ideas. It is actively seeking something to focus and direct the energy, to animate, to give meaning to, so that it can fulfill its creative power.
We humans are the directors of Erotic creative energy. It important that we know how this energy works so that we can create with consciousness. Every human being has the power of this erotic energy and can use it, regardless of their values, their ethics, their belief systems.
Eros seeks ideas and images to animate. We humans supply the pictures. As Mike Dooley of TUT says, “Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones. “
Here are some pointers for consciously working with Eros:
Eros follows ATTENTION, not intention. You can state your intentions all day long, but if you are giving you attention to undesired things, what is going wrong, that is what Eros will animate.
Be careful what you put you attention towards because it will be eroticized!
Therefore, choose how to direct your eros – choose phantasms, ideals, pictures, imaginings that you wish to occupy with energy.
Do not invest your energy in things you don’t want to live with for the next 20-30 years. Eros is that potent.
Eros is not bound by Time.
Eros is transformative, and flexible. Today, you can change the outcomes you set in motion yesterday by fear and worry. One reason this works is that time does not exist. We humans created time, but Eros is not bound by time.
NOTE — transforming what you fear
If your fears generate more potent images than your desire, do this. Before you go to sleep, as you are relaxing in bed, create a clear picture of what you fear, the outcome you do not want to create, but cannot seem to let go. Create this image in a bubble so that it is contained, as in a crystal ball. Place this crystal ball with the undesired outcome in your cupped hands. Physically lift your hands to Spirit and hand over the crystal bubble. The Universe can handle this problem. You can go to sleep in peace.
HOLD the vision
Picture of the outcome you prefer. This may take some practice to hold this vision. You have to know what you desire. You need to create a vision of it. You don’t have to believe it fully. You do need to make sure this desire is aligned with your values. It can take some work to refine and align. It is worth the effort.
HOLD the vision and let Eros animate it. You don’t have to do anything for Eros to attach to the image and start the creation process. This is a BE, not a do. It is surrender.
Remember, Eros is all around you, seeking desires to animate and activate!
This is how vision boards work. This is how altars work. They are tools to help you remember what you desire and bring it to consciousness so Eros can activate it.
So far, Eros is creating and it has nothing to do with sex as we know it.
What makes this Sex Magic?
Eros animates YOU. The power of Creation is a turn on. You can feel the creative power surge through you as erotic sensation, as pleasure, as desire.
You can amplify this energy by generating sexual arousal, pleasure, and orgasm. You can do this solo through self-pleasure, or you may have sex with a partner. You may experience the orgasm without physical sex, using breathwork, dance, or art making. Orgasmic energy – like Eros – is all around you, and easy to access.
Now you will get an inspiration or guidance of some action to take. When you get this hit, you must promptly take the action. Not only does Eros animate the pictures you give your attention to, Eros animates YOU.
Consciously directing the Eros that is always available to you requires being in your body. Reclaim your body from the social, religious and self-protective shackles it has accumulated by living in an anti-Eros society. The fastest, most powerful, and more effective way to reclaim your body is through learning about and practicing your sexuality.
The Universe knows this is true, and designed human beings to be sexual so that the creative Power of Eros will be directed toward creating the world you want to live in.
Now, find a picture of something that represents your desire. Invite Eros to animate it. Have an orgasm or three. Take action on the guidance your receive.
